Programme Highlights: Covers A to Z of M & A: Fundamental Understanding, Alternative Growth Strategy through M & A, Valuation, Integration, Legal, Accounting and HR Issues, etc. The programme has been designed for executives from any functional area at any level who want to gain knowledge on the complex subject of M & As.

Lead Faculty:Dr Ravi Siva Prasad, specialist in Project Management. He had been involved with the design, development and teaching of Project Management Programmes at University of South Pacific, Fiji and conducted many workshops on project management. Dr Ravi Siva Prasad is currently working with School of Business and Economics, Thompson River University, Canada.
Programme Highlights: Equips the participants with the necessary skills of managing all kinds of Projects including most complicated projects nationally or internationally as the objective of the programme is to inculcate "Management by Projects"
Planning for Efficiency and effectiveness – 03rd to 04th September 2009 (Thursday & Friday)
Lead Faculty: Prof R Rama Rao, Professor of Strategic Management and International Business, VJIM
Programme Highlights: Gives an insight into how vital are efficiency and effectiveness for optimizing business dimensions like Resources, Processes and Support Systems in achieving the overall goals. As the programme has holistic focus on efficiency and effectiveness, the participants would have an opportunity to enhance competency to improve their planning skills.
Customer Relationship Management – 11th to 12th September 2009 (Friday & Saturday)
Lead Faculty: Mr A Ramesh, Senior Assistant Professor of Marketing, VJIM
Programme Highlights: Gives an insight into the critical aspects of internal customer orientation through process alignment for inculcating the Organization culture towards external customer satisfaction and delight for customer retention.
E–Procurement and Reverse Auction – 23rd to 24th October 2009 (Friday & Saturday)
Lead Faculty: Prof R Ramarao, Professor of Strategic Management and International Business, VJIM
Programme Highlights: Helps the participants in understanding the immense benefits resulting from e–procurement in terms of saving time and costs to the organizations. It covers the components and elements of e–procurement and reverse auction processes which are at a nascent stage in our country.
Venue: All programmes would be held at VJIM campus.
